We generally offer two services to Main Street Buyers:

1- You are interested in a particular type of Business, in a particular location, with particular attributes such as gross sales, net profit, and degree of owner participation (day to day or managed). Once your finances and credit are established with us, we will determine if we have something suitable listed with us, or if it would serve you better for us to search for and find ideal candidates for you.

2- (Accredited Investors Program) You are interested in buying a portfolio (3-10+) of Main Street Businesses, such as Auto Repair, Pizza Restaurant, Laundromats/Dry Cleaners, Law Offices/Dental Offices (where allowed), etc.

In these deals SanctaFide or a Subsidiary is always at least a part owner and involved in Management to some degree including full Management responsibility if desired for those who want a hands-off passive investment.
